Hello everyone.

New diet idea? I’m seriously considering trying out a Mediterranean diet. I want to eat salmon, sardines, olives, and whole grains. I don’t want to eat red meat anymore and I want to limit my amount of poultry intake.

Over the past year, I’ve become very health-conscious and I want to limit foods that are high in cholesterol.
